By filling in the order form, we will reserve a frameset for you, Once we received your order we will take the following steps to get you on the road. 

 

Order process

How to Order Your Elian McCargo

  1. Complete the order form – it all starts here!

  2. Within 3 working days, you’ll receive an order confirmation and a proforma invoice for a 50% deposit by email.

  3. Once your deposit is in, we’ll powder coat your frame in your chosen color and begin the careful assembly of your cargobike.

  4. Our typical lead time is 4 weeks – we build your bike with precision and passion.

  5. When your bike is ready to hit the road, we’ll send you the final invoice for the remaining balance.

  6. You can pick up your bike at our workshop or have it shipped right to your door.

And then… your adventure begins!
